Corporate arbitration in Brazil and Portugal is the theme of the Fourth Luso-Brazilian Arbitration Conference, an initiative carried out by the Commercial Arbitration Centre of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Arbitration and The Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil - Canada. On May 26, a diverse panel of experts will analyse and discuss the following topics: Brazilian reform and Portuguese project, arbitrable disputes, corporate arbitration clause, procedural specificities and the role of the institutional arbitration.
