The Commercial Arbitration Center of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CAC-CCIP) and Jus Mundi are delighted to announce a partnership to exclusively share non-confidential CAC-CCIP arbitration awards and related materials globally, for the benefit of the public good.
Under the new partnership, Jus Mundi will host select CAC-CCIP non-confidential arbitration awards and related information, allowing the general public to search these materials using Jus Mundi’s advanced AI-based platform and open research tools.
Speaking about the partnership, Mariana França Gouveia, President of the CAC-CCIP, stated:
