The Angola Internationalisation Committee of the Commercial Arbitration Centre will hold the webinar "The Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitration Awards in Angola".
This aims to address, in broad terms, the 1958 New York Convention, the requirements for the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitration awards under the country's convention, as well as conflict with public policy as a cause of refusal for the recognition of arbitration awards under the CNY.
