Registrations are now open for the III International Arbitration Conference organized by the Mozambique Internationalization Commission of the CAC. The event will take place on May 22, 2025, at the Commercial and Investment Bank (BCI) Auditorium in Maputo.
The conference will be held in a hybrid format, allowing face-to-face and online participation (both subject to limited places).
Throughout the day, the topic of Arbitration will be discussed in four panels that bring together almost two dozen speakers from the Portuguese-speaking arbitration community, including the Minister of Justice of the Government of Mozambique, His Excellency Mateus Saize, who will do the Conference’s opening speech.
In addition to the panels and debates, the conference offers a unique opportunity for networking, promoting the exchange of experiences between professionals.
This initiative reaffirms the CAC's commitment to boosting commercial Arbitration in Mozambique, contributing to a more efficient, transparent and secure business environment.
