In a joint organization of Paula Costa e Silva (Vice-President of the CAC), Miguel de Almada and Catarina Monteiro Pires, the XIII International Arbitration Meeting of Coimbra will take place on April 3, 4 and 5 at Colégio da Trindade and Quinta das Lágrimas. The Commercial Arbitration Center sponsors this event.
The annual meeting in Coimbra brings together, once again, legal professionals and arbitrators to discuss current and innovative topics in the area of international arbitration, such as "Arbitral vs. Judicial: who responds best to the new challenges of artificial intelligence, sustainability and geopolitics?", as well as the IBA's new guidelines for social media. This edition will include the participation of Carla Gonçalves Borges (a member of the CAC Council), who will share her vision on the "Dialogues between Jurisdictional Bodies".
For 3 days, debates and various networking moments will be held, providing a space for exchanging experiences and knowledge.
