On July 6 and 7, 2023, the Commercial Arbitration Center of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry organizes its XVI Congress.
"From theory to practice, from the right to arbitration to the duties of players" is the theme of this congress that will address the right to arbitration, the duties of arbitrators, the duties of institutions, procedural flexibility and the impact of economic sanctions on international arbitration.
