The Centre's services should therefore be professional and attentive to the observance of the rules, time limits and principles, by themselves and by the arbitration tribunals.
The present strategic plan is anchored on the ambition to grow arbitration, mediation and in general the alternative dispute resolution services administered by the Centre; To provide a service of excellence to its users in the alternative dispute resolution methods offer; To enhance the Portuguese-speaking arbitration community in the world.
To achieve this ambition, activities are proposed that are organised along two major transversal lines: quality of service and development of the activity.
